Aisling is a highly experienced Paediatric Dietitian with over 15 years of expertise in children’s nutrition. She has a diverse background in providing paediatric dietetic care in hospitals and the healthcare industry globally. She is registered with the UAE’s Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the UK.

Aisling holds a Master’s in Dietetics from Queen Margaret University (UK) and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology from University College Dublin (Ireland). She has worked in renowned tertiary centres across the UK, including Great Ormond Street Hospital in London and the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, most recently as the Head of Dietetics for Emirates Flight Catering.

Aisling’s unique approach is centred on providing practical support. She empowers families to navigate their children’s complex nutritional challenges with confidence. Renowned for her compassionate and effective strategy, Aisling has helped hundreds of families achieve meaningful and lasting improvements in their children’s eating habits. Over the years, Aisling has developed extensive expertise across various areas of nutrition; however, her true passion lies in supporting children with food allergies and gastrointestinal disorders.
